This week's question

We need a second car for local trips and are looking for the cheapest possible motoring. A Morris Minor will cost £100 a year to insure, and be tax free, but needs work. There is an old Toyota Prius nearby for £999 which is good on fuel and tax. What do others in our shoes drive?
